The surveillance team of DeVry is led by its Managing Partner and Primary Investigator, a highly professional and experienced California Private Investigator with degree in Liberal Arts and post
graduate degree in Law (JD) with law enforcement investigation background. He has an extensive experience as a surveillance/subrosa Field Investigator for top insurance defense PI firms in California. As a former law enforcement investigation agent, he has also a solid experience in criminal investigations and worked on wide array of other private investigation cases.
